My Everything

Published: July 2016

Why are you so beautiful?
Why do you take my breath away?
How did I get so lucky?
How are you perfect in every single way?

Your laugh should be illegal because it's too cute.
I never want to spend a minute without you.
The way you kiss me takes my breath away.
Seeing you is the best part of my day.
You are so special,
And I'm glad that I can say you are mine,
Because when I'm with you I feel extraordinary
All of the time.

Waking up to you is a blessing every day because I get to see your beautiful face every morning, smiling so bright. Waking up to you is such a good sight because I wouldn't want to see anyone else but you. Waking up to you is so beautiful because I can rub my hands through your long, curly hair. Waking up to you is all I need because you're my angel in disguise.

I knew so many things before I actually met Janette. I knew how to love. I knew why we went to work every day. I knew how to act. The reality of this is I did not know a single thing. I am coming home. You are hurting, my love. I can feel it. You're telling me. We have waited too long. My mind and soul has been separate my whole life. It's you, sweetheart, who has made me whole. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't keep a job. I couldn't communicate. I couldn't love. You are my everything. My Angel. I'm am coming home. I can barely speak. Tell me.
I'm nervous when I think about you, but you showed me how not to be afraid. I'm with you. I know this is no longer home. Home is wherever you are, and I can't relax until then. Tell me you want me. That is all I want. Those three words will take me out of this door. I will walk. I promised you all of me. I promised no lies.
