God of glory
Majesty
Born and died
To set me free
They buried him
In a borrowed tomb
Fools thought they'd sent
Him to his doom
Three days on the morning
Away the stone rolled
Empty was the tomb
Just as ancients told
He's not there
The angels said
Go and tell everyone
Jesus is not dead
Fear in the hearts
Of his friends
Jesus told them all
This is not the end
The resurrection, friends
Is the greatest gift
A sacrifice Jesus made
From sins to lift
No burden on our hearts
He has set us free
God's amazing grace
Washes over me
The Greatest Gift Ever Given
Be Free
