Sometimes I just feel like telling her all the time how much I love her for she's worth loving a million times. She holds my breath every time. She's the true definition of love. I almost cried after reading this. I remember my best friend, my very best friend to be exact. He promised to me that he will be my brother, never leave me, and take care of me like my real big brother, but when he found someone who's better than me in making fun, he just left me. I asked him, but he just replied, "Past is past, great to meet you."

This is a really nice poem.

I felt touched with the part that says

"I can't promise you the world
I can't promise you the sky
I can't promise you that we will never fight
I can't promise you that I will never cry
But I can promise you that I will always be true to you"

It's a true definition of truthfulness and openness. It's a great promise and I really resonate with that part.

I remember when me and my boyfriend meet each other when I was picking up my cousin and he was picking up his brother. One day I was walking home in the rain he asked me if I wanted a ride and I said yes so he took me home and told me that he liked me and I liked him too and when we first saw each other we started to fall in love. Now we have been together 3 months.

I meet my bf in a flower shop that I work. He came to fix a computer and put up cameras into the store. The boss lady ask him if he could work with us for valentine and he was ok with it and now we're together and we have a great relationship between us. Now I never thought we would of been so close together. Today it makes us 7 month now and I'm glad to have a good bf like him.

This was very heart warming and described my relationship fully. I met my boyfriend while volunteering for shelter dogs. He was also a volunteer and we just clicked. We became really good friends and at about 4 months of friendship, he came to my house with a puppy from the shelter, asking if I would be his girl :D We have been together for a year and a half now and still counting. We made a promise to each other that we would be forever. Thank you for the wonderful poem. It was a great reminder of the past, today, and the future.

This so describes my bae and I! We make a year and one month tomorrow! I couldn't wait to send it to him tomorrow, so I did this morning! I didn't really like him more than a friend when him and I first met. We met when I was in 7th grade. My cousin introduced him to me. We became best friends, lost touch and somehow regained contact my 8th grade year on fb. He told me how he had a crush on me and how he loved me. I didn't really like him like that and I kept denying my feelings I had for him that I was too blind to see. I was lost in so called "love" with every other guy I dated. My bae told me at the time they would end up hurting me. We have been friends for five years and he kept trying to get me to date him for those five years but I kept turning him down. I finally realized that I had feelings for him but there were 6 other girls having a fight over him and I didn't want to get in between that though they told me he would choose me over them any day. Well, on July 5th of 2013, four days before my birthday, I was thinking about him and decided to ask him out and give him a chance since he begged me for 5 years but I never gave him the time of day. He always told me that he could give me more than any other guy could, I didn't believe him until I gave him that chance. He knew I loved him and he made a plan and looped me into dating him within those five years. He said it took longer than he thought, but he finally got me. Him and I are still going strong to this day. He bought me a ring not too long ago and I started to cry. We love each other so much and for him to wait five years for me, I know I have a keeper. I haven't loved anyone like this before nor felt this way about anyone before. I love him more than life itself. I wouldn't trade him for the world! I love you Preston!!!!

I love this poem so much, it makes me cry each time I go through it. I wish I had someone who could tell me all this. My boyfriend is the most amazing gem of a person who loved me with all his heart , but I took it to my advantage and made him feel like he doesn't do much for me , on purpose. I always wanted more of him when he gave me his all.. I never gave him his space and always distrusted him though he is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. It became like this after 2 years. I was always a sour puss with him wanting more of his attention though I knew I had it all. I have never felt more amazing with anyone but him before this and since he gave, so selflessly, I demanded more of him unconscious of the fact that this upset him. I am different from this but I got consumed by the worries of a relationship and surrounded myself with it,.. I am willing to change it but he has become a different person with me in order to make me learn my lesson perhaps. He told me he loved me the day he asked me out, 2 and a half years back , please believe I will change dear love, don't give up on me.

I love this poem. My boyfriend and I have only been together for 3 weeks but it feels like a life time. My parents don't like us dating because I am only twelve and he is thirteen, but I can't help it I am in love with him and he is in love with me you can't break apart true love. Some good songs to listen to when you are in love is "two is better than one", "today was a fairytale", and my boyfriend picked out this song for us, "count on me" he is so amazing.

I feel the same way about my boyfriend and I have only been with him for a month and a half, but this is our second time going out we were together for four and a half months before but then we both decided we needed a break. I love him with all my heart and he is the first person I think of when I wake up and the last person I think of before I go to bed. He is my whole world and the couple months that we were not together seemed like forever. This poem is how my boyfriend treats me and I like the way he treats me cause I feel safe with him. I feel this poem is coming from a person who knows what true love is. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 months and I feel like this poem shows how I feel for him to the last word. He is my every thing and I love him with all my heart and soul. We have been through a lot since his dad hates me. I really enjoy this.
this is how I feel about my ex...
we just broke up 3 days ago..
because we got into a little fight..
we was together for a year.
& I don't understand why he let a little argument come between us, & throw everything away... we have been through a lot together. & I just don't know what to do... I need help.. that's why I'm looking at poems to see maybe what I can do to help this matter.. I love him & he loves me.. I just don't see why this little thing separated us ...
any one have any good advice?

Your poem is really good and I'm going to send it to my boyfriend because it is just how I feel about him. I have been with him for over 2 1/2 years now. we are planning on getting married over Christmas (its a secret though because his family does not approve and we are still pretty young) I love him with all my heart and I can't wait to hear his thoughts about this poem.
