What I Love About You

The sparkle in your eye,
The warmth of your skin,
Your breath on my neck
That shakes me within.

The touch of your hand,
The smell of your hair,
The naughtiness in your smile,
That strength in your stare.

Your kiss on my lips,
Your body near mine,
The stroke of your touch,
Makes everything feel fine.

The compassion in your touch,
The power in your face,
The beating of your heart,
That we may never end our embrace.

The beauty of your kiss,
And that magic in your touch.
It is for all these reasons and more
Why I love you so much...

This is a lovely poem. Choicest words, correct rhymes, tender but intense feelings. The writer not only wrote but also lived his emotions. What a grand way to introduce the beloved. Very difficult to forget but very easy to read the poem again and again to delve into the heart of the poet and his subject. Many, many congratulations for providing us a thing of beauty which we would enjoy during all times to come.

I read this poem, and it reminds me of how lucky I am to have my boyfriend. He constantly reminds me that I'm beautiful and he loves me. We stayed up most of the night last night talking together on Facebook. We told each other our deepest secrets and thoughts. How can you express love like me and my boyfriend do. For all the girls who have been dumped, you will find your everything. It took me since I was 14 to find the man of my dreams. (I'm almost 30!) love works in mysterious ways you just have to wait for love to show up on your front door.
