While on this ride on the road called life
It's best to take it all in stride
Take the good with the bad,
Be joyful when you're sad,
Never forget what you once had
Smile when you're unhappy
Love what you've got,
Let the good times bring music,
And dance a whole lot.
Be quick to forgive, then always forget
Learn from your mistakes with little regret.
Some folks may change, and things will go wrong,
But one thing is certain
God will carry us along
