Boyfriend Poem

Thank You Poem To Boyfriend For Loving Me

This poem is for my boyfriend. Simply for being him and showering me with all that love. Around him I'm myself, plain yet elegant, pretty yet beautiful..that's how he makes me feel. A step higher than reality. Love..love with all your heart, for when you find true love, there's nothing like it...trust me...cheers to love!

That is so touching, so I want you to hold onto that boy and never let go because guys like him are no longer available. Love him like he does. That is my advice to you.

Eternally Crowned

I wake to the touch of a morning sun,
Softly teasing my eyes apart.
I feel your arms tighten around
Sealing yet another
Non existent space...
I turn around to face you
Feeling blessed for the millionth time.
I stare at your sleeping self
Murmuring a silent prayer of thanks...
At a dark dark time you were sent to me
To shed some light on my weakening being.
I held on tight to you secure hands
As you pulled me out of a painful mess...
I found the smile I thought I had lost
I found love so serene and pure
I found your eyes so full of care
As it healed so well my bruised soul..
I kiss your brow slow and soft
Anxious not to wake you up...
Tears form spelling my love
I see your eyes open up
Just as a drop runs down my cheek
I feel your hands brushing it off...
That I know is the art of love
I was gifted with
And eternally crowned...

This poem touch me so much. It reminds me of my fiancé. We met online, and I almost didn't give him a chance because he was far away. By now he is a walking miracle to me. He means the world to me.

I liked a boy. He almost got away from me, too. He slapped me on the shoulder pretty hard, and I got mad at him bad. I almost lost him, so that's when I said, "I'm sorry." So now I don't get mad over simple things anymore.

This reminds of my soon to be husband. (We will be getting married April 22nd) Every night we go to bed I think about how I almost lost him forever because I did something stupid and decided to go back to drugs as a solution to my problems. He left me. I got into bad trouble just a couple nights later and I believed I was about to die. So, I called him to apologize. Asked him if he would go to my funeral. He began to freak out and left work early (almost lost his job for doing so) and came looking for me. He had found me on the side of the road beaten half to death. All I remembered was hearing him pull up then I woke up next to him and he was crying begging me not to leave again. I have now been clean for 8 months and will be marrying him in less than a month. This poem reminds me so much of the night I knew he was the one.

I love that poem. It reminds me about the beautiful and wonderful things my wonderful and current boyfriend has done for me. He is anything a girl could ever asked for and he is one of a kind and I am very thankful to God for sending me that handsome angel of his.......

This poem has reached inside my heart. It touched me, I enjoyed reading it thoroughly. The person who wrote this poem is great and has the potential to become a poet. From my point of view I loved it. Next year I will be writing this poem into my Boyfriend's card!! Thank you for sharing this poem. It is great, beautiful and inspiring to all the young children out there that want to become poets themselves. I, would like to become a Teacher, maybe I could do a lesson on poetry and show them this particular poem!
