Sisters We Are

We are two sisters who've shared everything from toys,
the tub,
to a room.
When God decided to have you as my sister, he blessed me as well.
You are the best thing next to a Milky Way.
Even though now we are a million miles apart,
when you weep I can tell,
when your hurt, I feel the pain.
Growing up, we planned and plotted how we were going to get the things we wanted.
With the both of us together, we can conquer the world.
But now that we are apart and something is keeping us
from sharing memories and new experiences,
I am proud to say I have you as a big sister.
