It’s the little things
isn’t it
that mean more than anything
and the simple pleasures
that make a heart beat
it’s the smell of a flower
and a deserted beach
that fills lungs
and makes pain obsolete
it’s the sky and an ocean
and the touch of someone’s skin
that turns the world upside down
and makes it worth living
