Poem About The Links We Create

I am 14 years old. I see so much hate going on in the world that someone has to speak out! I believe in this poem. There is a famous quote, "Be the change you want to see in the world." I want to see the change. I have the match now; who wants to pour the gasoline?

Links
Bonded together
Never broken
Rusted, yes
Weak, never

War brings
Sadness
Justice
Hope
These are the links that make up

Humans
Each link
Gets stronger as time drags on
One time we will
Live in peace

Weapons are down
Peace and hope
Shine strong for a
Forever

The metal links shine
This is the
Time
Happiness
The time when innocence comes back
When differences are put aside
When dark is turned into
Light
When streets once black
Turn into
Worlds of
Happiness

For this short time
We stand strong
As one
Fate connects us
Short
Yes

Again
The chain does rust
Until we shine
Once more
Never let go
