Heartbreak Poem by Teens

I know it's cliché to write a poem about heartbreak, but I'm 19 years old and I experienced it for the first time this year. It wasn't an enjoyable experience, so I wrote this poem to ease the pain, to help me bounce back. I used it as a way to get closure and express feelings I haven't felt in my life. Thanks for reading. I really appreciate it.

I was music, but she couldn't hear.
I was with her, but she was never near.
I was art, but she couldn't see.
I was plan A but later moved to B.
I was sweet, but she couldn't taste.
I was treasure but treated like waste.
I was an aroma, but she couldn't smell.
I was in so much pain, but I'm doing well.
I was in love, but she couldn't feel.
I was hurt, and now I heal.
