Just turn away,
We have nothing more to say.
The hardest part of this is leaving you,
Because we have nothing better to do.
The light went out and,
We watched our memories on the screen.
It seems like it was just a scene.
I gave my heart to you,
But now it's under your feet.
Let's go back to that place,
Where we fell in love.
In that old house,
Under the dark stairs.
We really never had any cares.
I know I can't make you stay,
But I don't want to go my separate way.
Remember as we sat on that bank
And joked about setting the town on fire.
We jumped in your car.
I was with you all those years,
We never had any fears.
So remember all those times,
When we were inseparable,
Our love was unbelievable.
All we had was trust.
I'll never forget our love.

This really helps me because right now I am in a position where I have to let my loved one go because I found out that he is a player and I am really going to miss everything about him like the ways he looked into my eyes, his soft hugs and just every little thing and I will never forget him. I will always have a little spot in my heart for my first love and will never forget the memories we have has together. It's really hard knowing that I have to let all of it drop I have been with him for a while now and knowing that I am only 13 right now and my heart is already shattered well there is going to be worst times if I can ever learn to let go of my love right now...

This poem really touched me because this is the way I felt when I had to let go of someone and if hurt me a lot. But sometimes it's better to be without this or that person because its harder when your with someone that doesn't love you anymore!!
