Boy, You Leave Me Breathless

I fall harder and harder each day
by every single word you say.

You're one of a kind,
you make me fly.

When I'm with you, time stops.
I've never felt this way.

We argue and fight,
but I can't stay mad 'cause I'm in love.

You're driving me wild,
And I'm holding on.

You're the only thing I look forward to in the morning,
I'm falling so hard, so fast I can't keep track.

There's something special about you that I can't control myself from,
I'm losing my mind.

My friends say forget about you,
You're not worth it.

I should listen to them,
I shouldn't trust you.

But baby, that's a risk I'm willing to take.
I need you like a balloon needs air.

You're my oxygen baby,
But boy, you're leaving me breathless.

In this poem I honestly could relate to everything. I've been talking to this boy and it will be 2 months on June 6th. We haven't said I love you directly, but I know he loves me and I love him . We aren't dating but we both get so jealous over every little thing. I just want anyone reading this to know, boys aren't everything and never settle for less then what you deserve. No one deserves to be treated badly, no one deserves to be heart broken. Be single, rather than unhappy.

I love this poem even if I'm just in the seventh grade because it fits how i feel about someone. It's crazy I know but it's true because when he say something not so nice I get over it like instantly.

I'm 20 years old I go to job corps I met this guy their an I never thought I would fall in love again because of what I had been through with my high school sweet heart over the years. Not only was this guy sweet but every moment we spent together I started getting deeper feelings for him ...but a lot of things where different about him ..he was not from America an he hardly knew any English ...which was a lot of hard work to get him to understand me it took him all the way to February 3 for him to tell me how he truely felt about me. I was shocked when he told me he was in love with me ...me an him has been together ever since even though we have are ups an downs but I couldn't be anymore happier with anyone else but him an this poem reminds me of us an I'm hoping we last a life time.

I guess I'm the first to comment on this poem... So here it goes.
I'm a 10th grader- and you know what everyone says "There's plenty of fish in the sea." But no. There aren't. When your in love- your in love. So the story starts like this. Last year I met this guy- and it was just a crush. But eventually it grew to more and we dated. Then- BOOM! He broke up with me on my BIRTHDAY! But cheated on me for a WHOLE MONTH BEFORE!! Even now- with all the pain he put me through. The looks, the tears, and the heartache I still can't move on. It's been 8 months- I have classes with him, and yet people still feel the need to bring him up. My best friend and him are dating. I see them kiss in the hallway every day. I break into tears and run. I know the feeling of love. And no- it never goes away. And yet I'm still in love with him
