Mommy's Angels

Published by Family Friend Poems November 2006 with permission of the Author.

Undying love, unshakeable faith
Big little hugs of the tightest embrace
Heart melting smiles, giggles of joy
The sound of pitter patter running across the floor
Twinkles in the eyes, dimples on the cheeks
Chubby little fingers grabbing tighter on to me
Squeals of laughter, tears of pain
Little mishaps through out the day
Bed time stories, lullaby songs
Tucked in deep and fast asleep
Mommy's little angles
That I love with all my might
Makes all the hassle worth the fight
When I see them sleeping at night
