More Than A Mother-In-Law

Yesterday I lost my mother-in-law! God blessed me with the most outstanding mother-in-law. She showed me true love and helped me when my mother passed away in 2008. My in-laws were amazing; she was 87 years and her husband will be 90 this year.

Their marriage showed so much love with God first. I did not have that in my live as I was growing up: never saw it before my in laws. My father-in-law cooked every day and night for his wife. Just watching that brought so much joy to me (my husband and I lived with them). They played music sitting outside and enjoyed the weather, birds, flowers in the backyard. I'm going to miss her so much! It will not be the same without her.

Mama, I love you for so many reasons, but mainly the pureness of love.

On Sunday, July 21, my mother-in-law of 7 years passed away. I didn't have much time with her within the 7 years but the memories I do have I will cherish forever!

On Wednesday, January 16, my Mother-in-Law of 22 years went to be with their Lord and Savior. She was more to me than an in law, I would characterize her as my Mother-in-Love. Thanks for sharing
