What I'm too scared to show.
I wish he could see
Just how much he means to me.
I wish he could tell
That I know him so well.
I wish he could feel
My love that is real.

Hello, this poem is absolutely lovely. I wish my lover, Matt, knew how much I like him, but I feel like he never notices me, but this poem makes me feel like he is always by my side even when he is not. But hopefully, I can have the strength to talk to him. If I don't, I hope I can move on. Thank you for this lovely poem.

I feel like these are my feelings. I am in a similar situation. I sometimes get a hint that he likes me, but he doesn’t say anything. I feel like asking him if he would be my boyfriend. Actually, he is my best friend, and I fell in love with him. Whenever I am sad or happy, I think about him. I get sad when I expect something and he doesn’t do that. Just because I started liking him, I am kinda expecting him to message me every day. I miss him a lot. But he doesn’t do that, so I also control myself not to text him because maybe he doesn’t want to talk to me or he is busy. Yesterday he texted me asked if I was mad at him or something and why I wasn’t talking to him. I burst into tears. Maybe he did miss me. I’m not sure what to tell him. Do I tell him I like him and that I miss him every single moment? Or should I not. My situation is similar to yours.

Dear Ana,
My heart goes out to you. I'm considering myself a very romantic person, and with my life's (quite substantial) experience I can safely tell you this: based on what you wrote above, you should absolutely let him know how you feel. Life slips away through your fingers VERY fast and one shouldn't keep such feelings only to themselves only to regret not sharing them later. It's better to share and regret (sometimes it comes to it) than not to share and regret (because it'll come to it in the majority of cases). But be careful how and when you share. Choose a right moment, a romantic one, the one that makes the unaffected heart to go flutter and affected one to feel the warmth and love infinitesimally more. And whatever you do, GOOD LUCK! And remember, not everyone is capable of feeling what you feel, so you are already lucky to have experienced it. I hope it continues well for you!

There's this boy, and I've had a crush on him for three years now. Sometimes people will hint that he likes me and until recently I wasn't sure. However, now I know for sure he likes me, but people say stuff about him...he just wants a fun night, he's a player...except he's always been so sweet to me and I feel like he's a good person. And now I know he likes me, but it's been so long and I wonder if he still does, and if he doesn't and I tell him I like him, what if? And it's like I don't even know how I feel. It's like one day I'm in love with him and the next day I'm over it and I'm afraid I'll make a stupid decision in the heat of an emotion that doesn't last.

Hi, I'm one of those girls whom you wrote this poem for :). I really wish my crush could know my feelings and hear how he makes my heart skip millions of beats and how he makes me breathless. I don't think he even has a clue, and a part of me wants him to know everything, but another part of me wants these feelings never to be shown. Thanks for writing this poem. It's really awesome!
