My Loving Daughter

To my daughter, whom I love beyond
My control!
From the day you were born, I've been here
To protect you with my heart and soul!
You can't imagine how I am feeling
At this time in my life.
But always remember that I love you
Even though I'm no longer your daddy's wife!
You and your brother are
Everything to me!
I can't think of a good way to
Make you see.
Someday I hope that you realize just
What you truly mean to me!
How I would give my life to
Make you happy!
Just remember your mommy
Loves you with all of her heart and soul!
It wouldn't matter if you were
100 years old!
A mother's love is always changing
From year to year
By continuing to grow dearer!
