The Invisible Line

Time is wasted day after day.
I sit with people I don't understand people I don't belong with.
As I look at the people I do belong with I am intimidated.
I feel as though there is a line that I can never cross
separating me from them.
I will never tell anyone how I feel.
I am an impenetrable brick wall.
But, I will always long to be on the other side.
The emo side.

Right now I'm going through the same think, I'm in school with so called friends but they don't get me because their lives are perfect they don't have to think about when life has taken away the people you need the most.

This poem describes so much about me.. it is what I'm going through right now I have friends that are way out of who I put myself as how I describe myself to them they just look and talk I don't see how I'm friends with these people... everytime I look to the right or the left I see the people who I belong with who I could be myself with but there is only one problem I can't face the fact that I have an invisible wall between us I hate the feeling I know what your going through <3 but its all blah...

Your poem is touching, I had the same problem when I was in school. I was friends with people who were totally different to me, they ignored the depression I went through. But when I moved to university I found people who understood me. Have hope, it might be hard at the moment but you'll find people out there. Trust me :)
