I sail salty seas,

searching for ships,

at the whim of the breeze.

I ride rolling waves
up and down, night and day.

I head for the clouds.
I plunge through the spray.

Me, and my parrot,
every soul I command,

we rise and we fall
until we hit land.

I wish the clouds could beat the sun.

Evening came and the sun went down.
We all went for a walk in the town.

Water was flowing down the stream,
While I was licking my ice cream.

The stars shone brightly in the sky;
they finally showed all their might up high.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye there is much to do,
But the reindeer up north have caught the flu!

The presents are wrapped, the sleigh is all set,

Hear Ye, Hear Ye there is much to do,
But the reindeer up north have caught the flu!

The presents are wrapped, the sleigh is all set,
So instead of reindeer, we're using your pets.

Just show them this note on Christmas Eve,
So when the time comes, they'll be ready to leave.

We'll take dogs, we'll take snakes, we'll take hamsters and cats.
We'll take frogs, we'll take lizards, we'll even take bats!

We'll pretty much take whatever you've got.
For Santa's sleigh, we'll need a lot.

Your pet should leave when you're asleep,
So don't make a sound or a peep.

When your pet comes to fly the sleigh,
I'll make them fly, I'll show them the way.

We'll soar through the night up high in the sky.
Looking down at the houses as we fly on by.

Oh, and thank you for helping Santa Claus.
From your old pal, Santa Paws.

Close to mother duck they always, always stay,
Just in case some danger or other comes their way.

They're quack-quacking with tiny duckling beaks

Diving and munching happily on a yummy snack.
Once in a while, when they expect it the least,
They find a piece of bread, and they have a feast!
With their bellies full, well done is the day’s task…
