Pumpkin, Oh Pumpkin
Pumpkin, oh Pumpkin,
Your candle light's bright.
Pumpkin, oh Pumpkin,
You shine bright through the night.

Halloween is a fun holiday for children. They get to dress up and pretend to be their favorite characters while filling their buckets with sweet treats. These poems have a fun, child-like element to celebrate Halloween.
Pumpkin, oh Pumpkin,
Your candle light's bright.
Pumpkin, oh Pumpkin,
You shine bright through the night.
Jack comes every year to visit me,
And his grin just makes me smile.
Nearly toothless, he doesn't care.
He happily laughs all the while.

On one mystic, magic night,
Jack O Lanterns glowing bright,
kids with bags of candy sweet,
roam door to door and street to street,
I spot the hills
With yellow balls in autumn.
I light the prairie cornfields
Orange and tawny gold clusters

The chilly nights begin tonight.
The haunted houses bring the fright.
The warm bonfires have the flames.
See the leaves rustle through the window frames.
It's very spooky on Halloween night.
The ghosts and goblins will give you a fright.
Watch your back, do not be blind.
When leaves start turning orange and golden-brown,
Kids start to dress in costumes so dandy.
For one day a year, all throughout the town
It's time for kids to amass some candy.
My next door neighbor is a witch,
And she lives way down in a ditch.
Her clothing is a little strange,
Because she never wants to change.
I REALLY GOT SCARED OMG but YES this poem is really so so so funny.
Pumpkins,
orange, round
glowing, sitting, spooky
bright jack-o-lantern, desirable confection
Each nose is twitching, excitement is itching.
Bats in our belfry are shy.
The hour of witching is rather bewitching
Halloween will soon pass us by
